概述
GD32F2系列MCU最高时钟频率为120MHz,为应对多个外设同时运行和嵌入式软件协议栈的资源开销,配备了256KB到3072KB的超大容量内置Flash及128KB到256KB的SRAM。
GD32F2接纳2.6V-3.6V电源,I/O口可遭受5V电平。支持高级电源管理并具备三种省电模式。在外部电池供电情形下,内置的高精度可校准实时时钟(RTC)运行时的待机电流低于1uA。支持三相PWM互补输出和霍尔收罗接口的2个16位高级准时器可用于矢量控制,还拥有多达10个16位通用准时器、2个16位基本准时器和2个多通道DMA控制器。外设接口资源包括多达8个UART、3个SPI、3个I2C、2个I2S、2个CAN 2.0B、1个SDIO接口、1个10/100M以太网控制器(MAC),并配备了支持低功耗LPM功效的USB OTG 全速接口,可提供Device、HOST、OTG等多种传输模式。其中,全新设计的SPI接口最高事情频率可达30MHz,还支持4线同步串行模式,利便毗连到外部大容量NOR Flash并实现快速会见。模拟外设的性能也已周全增强,GD32F2配备了3个采样率高达2MSPS的12位高速ADC,提供了多达24个可复用通道,并新增了硬件过采样滤波功效和区分率可设置功效,还拥有2个12位DAC,为支持混淆信号控制提供了更高的集成度。GD32F2还内置了TFT LCD控制器从而直接驱动液晶屏,最高可以支持SVGA 7吋800 x 600像素的RGB TFT显示。另外还集成了8位至14位的Camera视频接口,便于毗连数字摄像头并实现图像收罗与传输。
